WHERE CAN I FIND DISCORD?
Discord is a stand alone app used for community chat, much like a facebook group or slack. When you join the membership, you need to request an invite to join Discord. Discord is distinct from the membership portal, which is where all member recordings and resources are housed, and where you can manage your membership.
ARE THERE RULES TO THE DISCORD COMMUNITY?
Yup. When you join the group you are asked to agree to the rules. You can read all about them here.
WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO JOIN THE DISCORD GROUP?
No problem. We send out emails every week with our call schedule and links along with any other important information. You can also find the call schedule on our coaching page.
I WANT TO JOIN THE DISCORD GROUP BUT DISCORD DOESN'T RECOGNIZE MY EMAIL AND/OR WON'T LET ME JOIN. CAN YOU HELP?
We generate Discord invites for all members. These invites expire after 7 days, so if you don't use the invite for more than a week after its generated, we will need to generate a new one for you.
We don't operate the Discord platform, so most technical issues will need to be sent to their support page. You can submit a request here. Additionally, you can watch this Discord "How To" video for members to learn how to get the most out of your time on the platform.
I WANT TO ATTEND A CALL BUT I HAVE A CONFLICT. WHAT CAN I DO?
Our calls are kid- and pet-friendly, and we understand that art has to be scheduled around life. If you can’t attend a call live, our Laser Coaching and Asset Review calls are recorded and time-stamped for easy watching at a later time! For our Laser Coaching and Asset Review calls you must be live on the call in order to receive coaching.
IS THERE A DEADLINE TO SUBMIT AN ASSET FOR REVIEW WITH PADDY?
Yes! Questions and assets must be submitted at least 24 hours before the call.

Questions/assets are reviewed by Paddy and depending on the number of submissions, later submissions may not be answered on the call. However, you can always come to the FB group for support!
HOW CAN I FIND A SPECIFIC PIECE OF CONTENT?

CAN I SUBMIT FEEDBACK ON A SPECIFIC SESSION, RESOURCE, OR RECORDING? Definitely. We value your feedback! You can easily submit feedback on a specific lesson here, or the overall program here.

WHAT IF I HAVE BILLING QUESTIONS OR NEED TO UPDATE MY MEMBERSHIP STATUS? CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
Yes. Most changes can be made directly on your account page. If you want to update your profile information, you can do so here. If you want to cancel your membership you can do so here.
HOW LONG WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO THE PROGRAM?
You will have access to the program (with any/all updates) and the members-only Discord group for as long as your account and interactions are in good standing (no past due payments or broken Discord Group Rules).
